Cernic on Saadi v. Italy

Jernej Letnar Cernic (University of Aberdeen – School of Law) has posted National Security and Expulsion to a Risk of Torture (Edinburgh Law Review, Vol. 12, No. 3, pp. 486-490, September 2008) on SSRN.  Here is the abstract:

reasoning.
