I will be speaking at the 2025 Jorde Symposium at UC Berkely Law on this upcoming Monday, October 20, 2025 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Booth Auditorium of the Law Building.
Dean Erwin Chemerinsky will be delivering a lecture entitled “Against Constitutional Theory” and my commentary will be entitled “For Constitutional Theory.”
