Beyond the People is a very rich work which reflects the erudite and eclectic nature of its author, who manages to combine a deep legal knowledge with intuitions and concepts coming from other areas (including visual arts). In these pages I shall offer the view of a comparative constitutional lawyer interested in political theory. My four keywords are: image, emotions, constituent power and fictions.
