This edition of Legal Theory Musings was distributed to paid subscribers today and will be sent to those with free subscriptions in four weeks. Paid subscribers are invited to add 5 living and 5 deceased legal theorists to the nominations pool and to vote via a Condorcet poll once the nominations are in. I anticipate adding new inductees to the hall of fame on an annual basis.
