I am pleased to announce the launch of Legal Theory Stack, a new Substack companion to Legal Theory Blog. The tagline says it all: All the theory that fits in one Substack! — a riff on the LTB motto.
I have been publishing Legal Theory Blog since 2002 — almost twenty-four years. When I started the blog, there was no automated way to create an email subscription. Substack solves that problem. If you subscribe, you get all the content from Legal Theory Blog in one daily post.
Here is what Legal Theory Stack offers. Monday through Friday, I post a daily digest of the papers covered on Legal Theory Blog that day, leading with my top recommendations. On Sundays, I post a weekend edition covering the Download of the Week, the Legal Theory Bookworm recommendation, and the new Legal Theory Lexicon entry. Paid subscribers will also receive Legal Theory Musings — a highly opinionated discussion of the state of legal scholarship. Some Musings posts will present new ideas in embryonic form; others will comment on emerging trends, ideas, and debates in the field.
The daily digest and Sunday posts are free. If you find Legal Theory Stack useful, the best thing you can do is share it with colleagues and students who might benefit.
