The Georgetown Law Journal and the Georgetown University Law Center’s Supreme Court Institute are hosting a symposium in honor of Justice John Paul Stevens at the Georgetown University Law Center on Friday, October 8, 2010. This symposium, which Justice Stevens will be attending, will mark the end of a historic week—the first week of the Court’s Term without Justice Stevens. The event will bring together different perspectives to discuss and celebrate Justice Stevens’ time on the Court, including voices from both the academic and advocacy realms.
