Al Nasir on Neopositivism

Samer Al Nasir (Carlos III University of Madrid) has posted Toward a New Dogma of the Legal Neopositivism (HESPERIA, CULTURAS DEL MEDITERRANEO, José Luis Pardo Foundation) on SSRN. Here is the abstract:

The paper it’s a statement toward a new model of legal positivism, separated from the concrete-kelsenian positivism, and approached from the hartian spectation, to mixed positivism with analytic vision toward a psychotecnic dimension of law into a dual social expectation: individual and collective. And to demonstrate a new model of legal validity within multiples factures, to demonstrate the consequences of having generic point of view upon the multiple social criteria, today.

Moreover, it’s a try to report certain academic interest to the economic analysis of law, how could have immediate repercussion in the legal reasoning toward the interpretation of law.
