The AALS Section on Insurance Law is launching a moderated listserv for our section members. It will be hosted at the University of Hawai‘i, and moderated by Hazel Beh (hazelb@hawai‘i.edu) and the current Chair, Jeff Stempel (jeff.stempel@unlv.edu). We hope to use it to promote academic discussion about insurance law and to share important news. By moderating messages to the list, we hope to cut down on the glitches and errors that sometimes plague list discussions.
